Annual General Meeting

An Annual General Meeting of all members of the Society shall be held not later than 31st July in each year. At such meeting, the committee shall present a report on their activities and those of the Society since the last Annual General Meeting. Officers and other appointments for the ensuing year shall be elected as detailed in bye-law No.3, and they shall take up office at the close of the Annual General Meeting.

The committee shall present any general proposals made by the members throughout the year for discussion and subsequent action, which shall be for the benefit and well being of the Society and its members. Other competent business shall be conducted as may be detailed on the agenda for the meeting.
