Bill Avery PETA - The Port of Enn Transport Association This layout is not intended to reflect any particular prototype, location or operational connection other than it is fictionally based in the south of the country. The whole concept is centred on public transport of all types and in some cases from other countries, although this is mainly confined to non-railway vehicles. The dockyard and surrounding area is administered by PETA which itself is a fictional organisation. This gives tremendous scope for operations with all types of stock on road and rail. It is intended to convey a museum or preserved line atmosphere and therefore a great deal of modeller’s licence is used.
