Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Untitled document

The N Gauge Society Annual General Meeting is held not later than 31st July each year for the presentation of reports from the Committee, and discussion and decisions on any proposals put forward by members.

Officers and other appointments are elected for the following year.  These formal activities are as outlined in our Constitution and Byelaws.

To give members a little more inspiration, we also organise an exhibition and an Annual Model Making Competition (AMMC) on the same day, making the event a great day of N gauge modelling.

While the competition is only open the NGS members, the exhibition is usually open to the public.

Note that the exhibition normally precedes the AGM and therefore closes early in the afternoon.
